/ Project Manager- Manages the purchasing process by preparing and generating purchase orders, requesting- material quotations, and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with authorized suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze requests for quotation (RFQs) and drive competitive bidding processes- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk- Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous- improvement initiatives- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating supplier readiness, cost targets, and- timelines- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure material- specifications and requirements are met- Lead cross-functional projects related to procurement and supply chain optimization- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and- performance- Coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities to support customer demand, order- execution, and delivery performance- Monitor backlog, forecasts, inventory,



and fulfillment status to quickly identify risks and drive- timely resolution- Partner with commercial, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align priorities and- improve service levels- Support demand planning, product transitions, inventory initiatives, reporting, and continuous- improvement projects.
- Identify and execute initiatives focused on inventory reduction, lead time improvement,- working capital optimization, freight savings, and service level enhancement.
- Support strategic planning, annual operating plans, and productivity roadmaps for the plant.
- Develop and implement best practices across multiple plants, ensuring standardization and- operational excellence.
