Job Description- Reviews, processes, and executes weekly mill and warehouse order requests, ensuring supply, and following through until delivery to ensure timeliness, and accuracy.
- Create and administers contract purchase orders from bookings made by buyer.
- Reviews, processes, and executes daily formulation requests, ensuring accuracy, legality, and our ability to manufacture as formulated.
- Handles inbound trucking and ingredient issues as needed.
- Data, document and information processing - Receives, classifies, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information.
- Processes data and information in various systems / databases according to the relevant work instructions.
- Processes invoices, expense statements and other financial documents.
