Descripción y detalle de las actividades**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable.Also, as a team member you will be supporting the team's needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:- Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound.
- Enter customer information accurately in databases.
- Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives and regulationsExperiência y requisitos**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company- Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers,
