Summary: The Latin American Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the financial and monetary aspects of a business, including cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions.
Ensures the financial stability and efficiency of the organization and its subsidiaries.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A master's degree and certification (e.G., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Experience: Typically requires 8+ years of experience in regional treasury or financial management, with some supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in financial software and tools.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

- Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Investment Management: Manage the company's investment portfolio to optimize returns while minimizing risk.
- Debt Management:



Handle debt issuance, repayment, and compliance with debt covenants.
Works with Corporate Treasury to obtain comfort letters and other instruments necessary to support the entities in each country.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks.
- Banking Relationships: Maintain and negotiate terms with banks and other financial institutions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Reporting: Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
