DescriptionLoan Coordinator – Mortgage Operations & Lender LiaisonFull-Time | Remote | U.S. Business HoursAbout the RoleAt Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a proactive and highly organized Loan Coordinator to manage loan files from submission through closing and serve as the key liaison between internal teams and lending partners.This role is adecuado for someone with hands-on experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, lender coordination, or real estate financing who knows how to keep multiple active files moving without missing deadlines or documentation.What You'll DoLoan Pipeline ManagementTrack active loan files from submission through closingMonitor loan status, deadlines, outstanding conditions, and next stepsReview pipelines daily and identify potential delays or bottlenecksKeep all stakeholders informed throughout the loan lifecycleLender & Underwriter CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact with lendersCommunicate regularly with lenders and underwritersFollow up on outstanding conditions and documentationEscalate issues proactively to prevent closing or funding delaysDocumentation & Closing CoordinationGather and organize required loan documentationCoordinate responses to underwriting conditionsMaintain complete and accurate loan filesVerify file readiness before key milestones and closingKeep CRM and loan management systems currentInternal CoordinationWork with internal teams to gather documents and resolve outstanding itemsTrack responsibilities, follow-ups, and deadlinesEnsure loan packages and updates are submitted on timeMaintain clear visibility across all active transactionsProcess ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in loan and lender workflowsHelp standardize pipeline tracking and communicationRecommend improvements that reduce delays and loan cycle timesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in loan coordination, loan processing, mortgage operations,
