IN Pulso Desarrollando PersonasWE'RE LOOKING | HR MANAGER - FOR OUR TIER 1 AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER:Querétaro, MexicoWe are seeking a strong HR leader who can combine business vision, people leadership and solid labor relations expertise, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team of the Plant on people and business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the HR function for a manufacturing operation with 900+ employees.Advise and coach the Plant Manager and leadership team on people and organizational decisions.Lead labor and union relations, including CBA and salary negotiations.Maintain a strong relationship with the CTM and union representatives.Lead Recruitment, Training, Organizational Development, Communications, Compensation, Time Management and Employee Services.Develop HR strategies aligned with plant and business objectives.Manage HR and labor-cost budgets and key HR indicators.Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, STPS requirements and NOM-035.Lead employee engagement, development and organizational climate initiatives.Support organizational restructuring when required.Ensure accurate time management,



compensation and benefits administration.Required Profile:6+ years as HR Manager within a Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing companyExperience in plants with 900+ employeesStrong experience in labor and union relationsProven experience negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements and salary reviewsExcellent relationship and experience working with CTMStrong business mindset combined with a genuine people focusExperience acting as advisor and coach to Plant Manager, and the Leadership Team of the Plant.Experience leading HR teams (at least 4 direct and 6 indirect reports)Advanced EnglishStrong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor LawExperience with SAP SuccessFactorsExperience supporting and leading SuccessFactors implementation for MexicoKnowledge of IATF *****, VDA 6.3, ISO ***** / ISO *****, STPS and NOM-035Experience in plant restructuring when required.Experience reporting directly to the plant manager and a dotted-line reporting relationship to the VP of Human ResourcesHighly valued:Experience in plant restructuringSAP HCM knowledgeGerman languageExperience developing HR peers in other countriesWe are looking for an HR leader who is close to the operation, credible with employees and unions, comfortable challenging and coaching senior leaders, and capable of connecting people decisions with business performance.
