This role ensures accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and US local requirements, full compliance with Faurecia Core Procedures (FCP), and proper implementation of new accounting standards.
The position also acts as a strategic business partner, drives audit readiness, and ensures strong balance sheet governance.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLead, develop, and supervise accounting teams across the Interiors divisionEnsure alignment of accounting processes, controls, and deliverables across the teamFoster a high-performance culture with strong collaboration and accountabilityEnsure accurate financial reporting compliant with IFRS and NIF requirementsEnsure compliance with Faurecia Core Procedures (FCP)Ensure financial transactions are compliant and supported by proper documentationReview and interpret financial guidelinesEnsure general ledger reliability, accuracy, and transparencyEnsure all general ledger account reconciliations are reviewed monthlyConsolidate Risks and Opportunities of the Balance Sheet and communicate to upper managementLead and coordinate balance sheet governance across sitesLead and participate in technical accounting mattersReview technical accounting position papers on complex commercial transactionsProvide recommendations to ensure accounting accuracy and complianceSupport internal and external audits and coordinate requestsCoordinate and prepare the financial statements under IFRS and NIF.Act as business partner to finance and controlling teamsYour profile and competencies to succeedThe Ideal Candidate Will Have/beMinimum education level: Bachelor degree in Accounting,
