About this Position Lead the Continuous Improvement strategy for the Americas Planning HUB by driving operational excellence, process standardization, automation, and digital transformation across Supply Planning processes.Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration across regional and general stakeholders.What You ́ll DoDefine and deploy the Continuous Improvement roadmap for the Americas Planning HubIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize planning processesDevelop and track KPIs to measure operational excellence and process performanceSupport implementation of best practices and standardized ways of working across the regionLead change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and toolsCoach and develop CI mindset and capabilities within Planning Hub teamsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on transformation priorities.Present project progress, risks and benefits to leadership teamsSupport strategic transformation initiatives impacting Supply Planning operations.Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.Perform any other duties assigned by the superior that are consistent with the employee's skills and competenciesWhat makes you a good fitBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,
