GENERAL MANAGER – NUEVO LAREDO, MEXICO POSITION SUMMARY The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall Actual Laredo operation with full accountability for business performance, operational execution, customer service, financial results, safety, compliance, customs operations, and people leadership.
This role serves as the senior leader for one of the company's most critical cross-border operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, compliant, and profitable services while supporting customer supply chains between Mexico and the United States.
The General Manager translates company strategy into operational priorities and measurable results, establishes accountability across all functional areas, and drives a culture of performance, compliance, customer focus,



and continuous improvement.
The position requires strong expertise in Mexico-U.S. customs operations, international trade compliance, cross-border logistics, and foreign trade regulations.
The General Manager is responsible for coordinating all operational, administrative, commercial, customs, and compliance functions of the organization, establishing priorities, resolving complex business challenges, developing future leaders, and maintaining a highly collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
