Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective clients and build rapport
Identify client needs and present appropriate legal service options
Educate prospects regarding available immigration services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Manage follow-up communications and sales opportunities
Meet or exceed established sales performance goals
Represent the firm's brand and values professionally
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Demonstrated success in sales and closing transactions
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-directed with the ability to work independently

Strong organizational and time-management skills
