We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, responsible for delivering Plata cards and banking products directly to customers. This role focuses on the postal deliveries — one of the methods of delivery products to our clients. This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development and communication with partners. You'll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency.

Design, document, and maintain

Critically assess incoming requests, identify
root causes of problems

Own and manage the
business backlog
: collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan delivery.
Write
clear and structured requirements
for development teams.
Define tasks, track progress, and
control delivery timelines

Work with
product analysts
to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of changes.
Monitor and improve
key metrics
related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders
.

English level B2 or higher
