Job Description
Resumen del Puesto:** Operar y mantener equipos de paletizado y flejado, asegurando el correcto embalaje de los productos y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
Responsibilities
Operar máquinas paletizadoras y flejadoras de forma productivo y segura, siguiendo los procedimientos operativos estándar.
Cargar y descargar materiales en las máquinas según sea necesario.
Realizar ajustes básicos en las máquinas para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.
Monitorear el proceso de empaque para identificar y corregir cualquier irregularidad o defecto.
Asegurar que los pallets estén correctamente formados y flejados de acuerdo con las especificaciones del producto.
Realizar inspecciones de calidad de los productos empaquetados.
Mantener el area de trabajo limpia y organizada.
Reportar cualquier avería o mal funcionamiento del equipo al supervisor.
Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y procedimientos de la empresa.
Qualifications
Educación secundaria completa.
Experiencia previa comprobable en la operación de máquinas paletizadoras y/o flejadoras (preferiblemente en un entorno de fabricación).
Habilidad para leer y comprender instrucciones de trabajo y especificaciones.
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y realizar tareas repetitivas.
Buena coordinación mano-ojo y destreza manual.




Habilidad para levantar objetos pesados y permanecer de pie durante largos períodos.
Orientación a la seguridad y capacidad para seguir protocolos estrictos.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.
Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías o procesos.
