Optimus Steel is looking for a
Finance Trainee
who is interested in strengthening their financial knowledge and gaining professional experience in the United States.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Financial Administration, Economics, Accounting
, or a related field.
Additional education or training in
Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Investments, or Financial Analysis
is preferred.
Maximum
3 years of experience
in Finance-related areas.
Fluent conversational English – required.
Willingness to
relocate temporarily to the United States (J-1 visa).
Responsibilities:
Analyze
operating costs, consumption, efficiency, and variances
within the production process.
Support the preparation of
financial reports, budgets, and Budget vs. Vigente analysis
.
Monitor
financial and operational KPIs
,



identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities.
Analyze the relationship between
operations and financial results
, including impacts on the
P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
.
Support the
automation and optimization of financial reports
to facilitate decision-making.
You will have the opportunity to
develop your professional experience in the United States
, working closely with Finance and Operations teams.
We manage your J-1 visa process.
Candidates must be currently located in Mexico.
