As part of a plan consisting in preserving the experience and lessons learned acquired after a implementation of New Work Packages or Transfers of Work in a Business Unit, the North America division is required to appoint a APQP expert to support the local deployment teams and to develop the required knowledge. - Reporting line : Industrialization Manager - Interfaces :

(advantages, specificities, etc.)** Essential Duties and Responsibilities. - In charge of the governance of APQP methodology for an industrialization project from design to operation in service. - Ensures the logical sequence and alignment of APQP strategies and activities. - Defines and standardizes mandatory inputs / outputs for each phase - Provides APQP training and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders - Coordinates the go-no go toll gates for each APQP phase. - Captures and uses lessons learned from one APQP implementation to the next. - Continuously improves existing check lists and OPRI's. - Defines criteria for risk analysis and selects stakeholders involvement level - Ensures that risks are managed at every stage of the project. - Coordinates and develops Advanced Quality Team and skills - Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture. - Regular, predictable attendance is required; - Other duties may be assigned. - Implement and make sure your team implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep the Physical integrity of your team. - Promote and Participate on Safety Management System Culture. **Candidate skills & requirements** Experiencie: Requires 5-8 years experience in manufacturing and quality processes, or an equivalent of education and experience combined.
