A global leader in clean, reliable, and affordable energy solutions is seeking a NPI Mechanical Manager to join the team in Aguascalientes or Monterrey, Mexico. This role will lead the transfer and scale-up of new product introduction projects, bridging product development and manufacturing to deliver innovative, tangible solutions that power critical industries worldwide.

Key Highlights:

- Lead mechanical engineering projects and NPI transfers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Drive design for manufacturing, process optimization, and product reliability.
- Mentor and lead a mechanical team in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel opportunities (30–35%) supporting general operations.

What we’re looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or NPI.
- Strong background in sheet metal, machining, welding, plumbing/tubing.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, ePDM, and PLM systems.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills and leadership experience.
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

✨ Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

- Knowledge of fuel cell systems and electrical assemblies.
- Experience in energy, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, or large capital equipment.




- Proven track record in rapid scale-up of new products.
