About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence across Livingston. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver complex programs from concept through execution, ensuring results are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

- Lead large-scale programs and strategic initiatives across multiple teams and functions.
- Manage program plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with business leaders to define requirements and deliver solutions that improve performance and drive results.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency,



and support organizational change.
- Drive project governance, documentation, and adoption of best practices.

What You'll Bring

- Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide projects or programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree considered an asset.
