Job Overview:

- The primary purpose of this position is to drive and coordinate the development and execution of strategic new solution initiatives for the Latin American market, from opportunity identification through commercialization.
- The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, conducting market and business analysis, and supporting the successful implementation of innovative solutions that create value for customers and the business.
- Work in the LATAM Regional Corporate Office, based in Mexico City.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. Innovation Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, International Business, Marketing, Economics)
- 2 - 3 years in related positions
- Experience: Business development, product management, engineering, or related fields is desirable, preferably in HVAC, development of new products, services, or solutions involving cross-functional collaboration is desirable.
- Languages required: Advanced English, Japanese (optional)
- USA VISA (optional)

Main responsibilities:

New Solution Development

- Drive and coordinate the development and execution of new solution initiatives for the Latin American market.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct market research, customer needs analysis,



and competitive benchmarking to identify business opportunities.
- Develop business cases, market sizing analyses, and commercial feasibility assessments.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Support solution validation, commercialization planning, and management reporting.

Product Planning Support

- Support Product Planning activities through competitor benchmarking, product comparisons, market research, and market trend analysis.
- Assist in regional product planning activities by collaborating with R&D;, manufacturing sites, and sales affiliates.
- Support regulatory research and certification-related activities across Latin America as needed.

Skills/Abilities:

- Technical aptitude and ability to understand HVAC technologies and evaluate technical information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and an inquiring mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate activities across different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
