Work modality: Hybrid(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)Job summary: Technical Skills Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and iOS environments, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite. Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policies, Microsoft Intune Experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools. Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender. Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals Soft Skills Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong customer service orientation. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously. Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset. Nice-to-Have ExperienceDEX platform – Nexthink Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) support. Windows Autopilot deployments.
