and ways of working.We foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and innovation is encouraged, giving you the confidence to think differently and grow your career.We are looking for a high-potential engineering graduate interested in developing a career at the intersection of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) within a growing food processing equipment manufacturing site in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.The program starts on February, 2027The position will be based from Monday to Friday at our manufacturing site in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position.What you will doYou will support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems while learning and applying WCM methodologies to drive sustainable operational performance and develop expertise in risk management, legal compliance, environmental management, continuous improvement, loss analysis, problem solving, and operational excellence.Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems fullyParticipate in risk assessments and hazard identificationSupport legal compliance activitiesFollow up SHE KPIs and action plansLearn and apply WCM methodologies in a production / manufacturing environmentParticipate in continuous improvement projects with different stakeholdersWork closely with Production,
