Job descriptionImportant IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:ServiceNow Developer- JHands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).- Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries.- Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.- Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications- Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs in ServiceNow- Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system clone, upgrades in ServiceNow- Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications- Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript and any web-based development tools- Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration- Hands on experience on working with Rest API’s- A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management- Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow- Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline.- Ability to work independently,
