Job Description:
Drive the sustainable achievement of production excellence and continuous improvement, measured through standardized plant KPIs and benchmarks with other areas / plants / divisions.
KPI’s
- Safety: Accident Rate and Severity Rate for disciplinary organization
- Quality: CRI, IDC, 0Km and Field related to lack of adherence to standards in the
- Manufacturing area.
- Delivery: Production Output and Build to Schedule
- Costs: Relative Utilization, Productivity, Overtime, Inventory discrepancies, Inventory
- Level, Turnover and Absenteeism
Environmental Management System), having, but limited to the following responsibilities:
- Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable
- Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area
- Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.
- Actively participate in the trainings that may be schedule in accordance with the level of risks of his/her job.
- Emergency response.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English-Spanish:
- In-depth knowledge of internal/external business processes, strategic planning experience, advanced knowledge of a particular field of specialization
- Leadership skills: empowerment, ability to work in a diverse group, ability to create team structures and to coach/mentor
- Effective communication skills, contacts customers, partners and subordinates.
- Experience in Manufacturing: Bosch production system or equivalent
- Analytical and skills, knowledge of problem solving techniques (six sigma, shainin preferable)
