MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR IV

JOB SUMMARY
Provide direct support to the manufacturing production lines. Ensures that the manufacturing process complies
with its specifications and that the product meets material qualifications.
Supervises production associates to meet production schedules in compliance with the Quality System, EHS and




company policies while ensuring that human, capital and material resources are used effectively and efficiently.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coordinating and/or supporting the investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive system such as NCR, CAPA, audit observations and others. Delivers year-over-year cost improvements, including productivity improvements and reductions of defects. Plans, coach and/or mentor line coordinators and supervisors, executes and documents training programs for associates and ensures on-time completion of training requirements. Plans, conducts and directs improvement projects or studies including complete projects requiring advanced knowledge and advanced leadership skills, lead sessions, meetings, resolution meetings and investigations

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership for daily manufacturing
