About the role:
- The primary function of this role is to lead and execute data-driven projects focused on improving driver experience and platform health by optimizing supply-demand balance, minimizing operational costs, and streamlining processes related to the supply side of the business. This role combines strong analytical thinking, operational execution,



and cross-functional leadership to oversee relationships with a critical segment of the business: drivers. Additionally, it plays a key role in mission optimization, platform operations, and driver lifecycle management to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What you will do:
- Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, and other stakeholders) to investigate and resolve driver-related issues.
- Collaborate across the Driver Operations team to escalate cases and improve processes and policies.
- Manage the driver lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
- Analyze data to understand driver behavior and optimize communication and incentive strategies.
- Monitor supply-demand dynamics and identify opportunities to improve driver availability and productivity.
- Track key operational KPIs (cancellation rates, online hours, cost per order, mission performance, etc.) and generate actionable insig
