ABOUT THE ROLE

At Bright Machines, we’re transforming the way things are made — combining software, robotics, and automation to revolutionize manufacturing. As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and mission-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the teams that power our innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for key roles across all functions including engineering, and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans,



and interview processes
- Schedule interviews and support coordination needs as we grow our talent team
- Track hiring metrics and pipeline health in our ATS (Lever) and share monthly reporting with hiring teams and leadership
- Continuously seek to improve and automate our recruiting processes, documentation, and tools
- Contribute to broader People Team initiatives that may including onboarding and employee experience as we are a small and might team, but plan to grow in the future.

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, roles preferably in a startup fast paced environment
- Experience hiring and sourcing for technical roles both in Mexico and the US
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever experience is a strong plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to dri
