Role Summary:
Delinea is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst based in Mexico City to support our America’s Strategic, Enterprise, Latin America, and Canada sales teams. This role is embedded directly with senior sales leaders managing Delinea’s largest and most complex prospects and customers, serving as their dedicated Sales Operations partner and one-stop shop.

This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong business judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to operate independently in high-stakes, ambiguous environments. You will participate in sales leadership forums, influence operational decisions,



and translate growth strategy into scalable execution across analytics, process, and systems.

How This Role Operates:
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the dedicated, trusted partner for senior sales leaders and sellers across assigned sales teams
- Be embedded in leadership meetings and act as the first point of contact for operational guidance, process optimization, and data-driven insight
- Own the operational health, rigor, and scalability of your assigned sales portfolio
- Balance near-term execution with forward-looking insight and strategic problem solving

Forecasting, Planning & Decision Support:
- Create clear visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, performance trends, and risk areas
