We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Engineerto join our growing operations team in Mexicali

This position represents an excellent opportunity for engineering professionals with experience in the metal mechanical / sheet metal manufacturing industry who are passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing innovation.

- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and support sheet metal manufacturing processes
- Create and maintain SOPs, Engineering Guidance, Work Instructions, and technical documentation
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, Mini Kaizens, and Kaizen Events
- Conduct RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) activities to solve production and quality issues
- Support pilot builds, first production runs, and manufacturing engineering projects
- Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to drive operational improvements
- Analyze capacity, cycle times, and manufacturing flow optimization opportunities




- Support production teams to ensure efficient and stable operations
