We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Welding to join our operations team in Mexicali.

- Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and support welding manufacturing processes
- Create and update SOPs, Engineering Guidance, Work Instructions, and technical documentation
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, Mini Kaizens, and Kaizen Events
- Perform RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) activities to resolve production and quality issues
- Support pilot builds, first production runs, and new manufacturing engineering projects
- Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to improve operational performance
- Support capacity analysis, cycle time studies, and manufacturing flow optimization




- Provide technical support to production operations and process development activities

Experiência y requisitos

Technical Knowledge & Experience:
- ✔ TIG Welding - Aluminum Materials

✔ AWS D17.1 Standards Knowledge

✔ Welding Acceptance Criteria

✔ Material & Joint Preparation Processes

✔ Welding Drawing Interpretation per AWS A2.4

✔ Practical Welding Experience (preferred)

✔ Welding Process Development Experience

✔ Cobot Welding & Welding Automation Systems

✔ Fronius and Miller Welding Equipment
