Responsabilities
- Perform risk analysis for ViaCheck transactions (electronic check processing service).
- Monitor and follow up on transactions on hold, ensuring timely collection and review of required documentation.
- Analyze data related to “Top Makers” and identify trends or potential risks.
- Post returned items to agents’ balances and GP (accounting system).
- Review and analyze agents’ statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
- Review voided checks and specific returned items to ensure proper handling and compliance.
- Manage and follow up on Salesforce tickets related to ViaCheck operations.
- Support Business Development Executives (BDEs) and agents by addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of trade agreements with agents and BDEs.
- Provide product training and guidance to agents and BDEs on ViaCheck services.
- Monitor agent activity and follow up with new or existing agents with low or no production.
- Provide operational support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
