- Position Overview:
The HR Supervisor will lead performance management, training, and internal communication initiatives within the plant while supporting the HR Manager in HR operations and compliance with Mexican labor regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement performance management and incentive systems.
- Manage KPI setting, evaluations, result reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Develop and execute training strategies, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Coordinate internal communication and corporate culture initiatives.
- Supervise daily HR activities related to performance, training, and communication.
- Support HR policy optimization and ensure compliance with labor law, payroll, and social security regulations.
- Act as backup for the HR Manager when required.
- Requirements:




- 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years in an HR Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in:
- Performance management
- Training & development
- Employee communication
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll, and employment regulations.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Bachelors Degree completed.
- Experience in foreign-invested companies is a plus.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: MXN $40,000 $60,000 gross monthly
