As a Sr Strategic Sourcing Spec here at Honeywell, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage supplier relationships. You will report directly to our Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager and you’ll work out of our Monterrey, Actual Leon location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for Buy-to-Sell (BTS) categories as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. Execute global functional transformation to create a strong supply base for BTS products and subcontracting solutions

MUST HAVE
- Bachelors Degree
- Advanced English Level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.




- Hands on experience in developing & deploying category/commodity strategies
