JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organization-wide performance improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop multiple operations teams, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and succession planning
- Design and implement large-scale process improvements, leveraging advanced methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and digital transformation
- Partner with C-suite executives, department heads, and external stakeholders to align operational initiatives with strategic business goals
- Establish comprehensive performance measurement systems, analyze complex operational data, and drive data-driven decision making
- Oversee operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective delivery of operation
