JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for sustaining and optimizing hardware aspects of released products from SOP through End-of-Life, ensuring design integrity, manufacturability, quality performance, and cost competitiveness. Acts as the plant-level technical owner for electrical design,



driving root cause analysis, design improvements, supplier changes, and cross-functional alignment to support production, warranty, and continuous improvement objectives.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change Management: Managing and implementing internal product design changes to improve function, cost, or reliability.
- Issue Analysis: Conducting second level technical analysis and resolution for production issues, including "0km" returns and top failure analysis (FTQ/Safe Launch/Scrap).
- Field and Warranty Support: Performing second-level analysis (EE, ME, Sys, SW) on warranty and customer returns and feeding these field issues back into the engineering organization.
- Root Cause and Corrective Action: Identifying systemic root causes and triggering/implementing permanent corrective actions.
- Supplier and Material Support: Assessing supplier change requests (EOL, SMCIP) and supporting the Supp
