Objetivo de la vacante:



Brindar soporte técnico senior a nível nacional para la red y clientes de camiones Volvo en México, asegurando la máxima disponibilidad (Uptime) de las flotas mediante diagnósticos avanzados, gestión estructurada de problemas de campo y administración de reportes de calidad tanto para el seguimiento local como para el corporativo Volvo Trucks.

Escolaridad: Ing. Mecánica, Automotriz, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o afín (_Titulado_).

Idiomas: Inglés (_Intermedio/Avanzado_).

Experiência: Contar con una experiência mínima de 5 años en adelante en soporte técnico postventa, diagnóstico y calidad de campo en camiones pesados; así como tener conocimientos en Excel (_Intermedio_).

Actividades principales:
- Brindar soporte técnico especializado a clientes y distribuidores Volvo Trucks a nível nacional, de forma remota y presencial.
- Realizar visitas frecuentes a flotas y talleres, con alta presencia en campo, prioriza
