We are hiring a Sr. Business Operations Analyst to serve as the financial and operational backbone of the Marketing organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end budget management process for the Marketing organization — from monthly forecasting and actuals reporting to ensuring fiscal discipline across a complex, multi-vendor spend environment.
You will also play a critical role in how we bring our vendors to market, acting as the primary coordinator between the marketing and procurement teams — managing the contracting lifecycle, vendor onboarding, and ongoing PO and payment execution. You will also be a key contributor to our Marketing operating framework, ensuring our monthly business reviews are data-driven, well-prepared, and executive-ready. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who is as comfortable building a budget model as they are navigating a multi-stakeholder procurement process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner of the Marketing team budget management process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date forecasting and actuals tracking across all spend categories.
- Conduct ongoing audits of marketing budget line items to identify missing, duplicate, or misallocated spend — including recurring vs. non-recurring software licenses and vendor contracts.
