As an Onboarding Specialist, Reserve with Google, you are a hands-on, high-volume driver of

customer success who works directly with our service professionals (our "Pros") - including

plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople. You assist them in

configuring their digital business profiles and establishing a seamless connection to our online

booking system so consumers can schedule services directly from search engine platforms.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing environment such as onboarding, customer

support, or account management (phone and video interaction experience strongly

preferred)
- Proven capability to troubleshoot technical issues, investigate friction points, and identify

root causes independently
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm, helpful, and solution-oriented demeanor when

communicating with busy small business owners




- High level of organizational skills to balance a heavy, continuous volume of active

customer accounts simultaneously
- Advanced written and spoken English communication proficiency to successfully support

US-based Pros
- Experience utilizing virtual engagement tools, CRM platforms, cloud productivity suites,

and spreadsheets
- Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with home service trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) or small business

operations
- Prior experience optimizing local search engine placement or digital business listings

Pay: $4,500.00 per week
