About the role

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Supply Chain Management Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting management across Supply Chain disciplines to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
- Guiding Supply Chain teams in procurement execution, order management, and adherence to operational standards and protocols.
- Supporting root cause analysis activities and implementation of corrective actions to improve operational performance.
- Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information related to suppliers, sourcing strategies, market conditions, pricing, and operational processes.




- Supporting planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day operational execution within the Supply Chain organization.
- Monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, shortages, supplier performance, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.

As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Understanding of operational management concepts such as scheduling, prioritization, process execution, and team coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
