Position Summary:
Teledyne FLIR is seeking an Associate Sales Engineer to support sales growth across Latin America. This position will provide technical and commercial support to customers, channel partners, and the sales organization across FLIR's Security, Industrial Automation, and Optical Gas Imaging portfolios. Working closely with Sales Engineers, Account Managers, Customer Service, Operations, and Channel Partners,



the Associate Sales Engineer will support customer opportunities from initial engagement through order fulfillment and post-sale support. This role is intended as a developmental position for individuals interested in technical sales, account management, channel management, and commercial leadership careers. The position was created to support Latin America growth initiatives and expand technical sales coverage throughout the region. This position provides direct exposure to: technical solution selling, customer engagement and account development, channel partner management, forecasting and pipeline management, commercial operations and business processes, cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance. Successful candidates may progress into Sales Engineer, Territory Account Manager, Channel Manager, or other commercial leadership positions.
