Purchase Analyst
Main Purpose
This role is to provide back-end support to the Order Team supporting FOBO National Fountain Fixed customers as well as YUM Ice.
The nature of the work is reactive to processing shipments, invoices, and transfers created from new store openings, upgrade requests, equipment down, as well as projects.
Accountabilities
- Utilize Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) to manage equipment assets for National accounts and ensure systematic accuracy.
- Maintain tracking Excel spreadsheets of daily sourcing requests and equipment returns.
- Communicates with PepsiCo Equipment Services and bottler personnel teams to resolve equipment issues/questions.
- Serves as receiver for new equipment in the Automated Purchasing System (APS)
- Responsible for ensuring Control and Compliance during asset write-off procedures
- Develop team and department standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities
