Launch Supervisor

Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. Rio Bravo Plant MTO Division

Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.

As a Launch Supervisor, you will manage of new programs such as: releases or transfers and engineering changes from its planning, prototype, launch and post Launch stages.

YOUR TASK WILL BE
- Coordination of engineering changes.:
- Programming, coordination, sending, follow-up with the client of Try-outs for the approval of the change.:
- Leader of the LPMP-PROFILE process.:
- Organizes the Gate Way Review meetings for the Prototype, Pilot, Launch and Post-launch stages.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED
- Finished bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- English level advance 80%
