- 2-4+ years administering Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software + Confluence).
- Experience administering Jira add-ons and managing add-on configuration.
- Experience with basic administration of Tempo Timesheets
- Strong experience with REST APIs and webhook management across SDLC tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD or developer tool integrations (CircleCI, GitHub, GitLab).
- Ability to support AI-assisted features (Rovo AI, Atlassian Intelligence) at a usage and implementation level.
- Understanding of Agile SDLC workflows and tooling impacts.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience performing tooling audits and managing permission group structures.
