Role Purpose

Key Accountabilities
- Project Leadership:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Technical Coordination:
- Partner with developers, architects, and marketing teams to implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure integration with CRM systems, data platforms, and other marketing technologies.
- Hybrid Agile Delivery:
- Drive projects using a hybrid Agile approach, blending iterative development with traditional project management practices.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management while maintaining overall project governance.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, IT, and external vendors.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
- Process & Governance:
- Establish and enforce project management best practices, including Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Maintain documentation, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Risk & Issue Management:




- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor KPIs and project metrics to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experiences

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in marketing technology or CRM platforms.
- Proven track record managing technical projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
- Experience hiring and managing multiple vendors for large-scale projects
