WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Team Lead or Airport Service Manager, you’ll be part of the SITA Integral Services team, managing SITA solutions at your assigned airport and territory.
- Customer Support: Provide support to internal and external customers according to their contracts and SLAs. Respond promptly to Service Desk requests, ensuring high customer service levels.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repairs: Maintain and repair customer IT equipment.
Perform local repairs to high standards, coordinating with resolver groups. Manage the repair cycle by returning faulty equipment and tracking replacements.
- Spares and Equipment Management: Replace faulty equipment using spares, ensuring timely replenishment. Manage local suppliers and report on their services.
- Site Surveys and Installations: Conduct site surveys for new installations, adhering to guidelines and best practices. Follow Field Operations protocols for installations and repairs.
- Preventive Maintenance and Reporting: Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and manufacturer specifications. Report workshop performance and provide feedback to regional management.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate daily logs and record data in the SITA Service Hub. Act as the customer’s SPOC when needed, coordinating with resolver groups and escalating issues as necessary.
