Role description:
Base22 is looking for a hands-on, experienced project manager who can lead projects from start to finish and provide consulting for our clients.
With a strong focus on maximizing value for our clients and executing projects based on outcomes,
you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver the projects making sure they also adhere to the quality controls established by the PMO. With your consulting experience, you will also be responsible for playing an advisory role to our clients by analyzing situations and providing solutions that will achieve business outcomes. You should demonstrate expertise in digital transformations, be skilled in identifying problems and presenting solutions, and possess well-honed research abilities.
As a Senior member of our team, you will also provide mentoring and coaching to other Project Managers and members of our organization.
