Requisition ID: 30376- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXTo continue our strong focus on quality and with direct report to our Head of System Solutions within the Commercial Compressors (CC), we are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated leader for General Quality.

The overall goal for the Head of Global Quality will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - both internally and externally - and to ensure business effectiveness through performance follow up, coaching, support and the implementation of quality mindset, quality management system and tools.

With your up-to-date knowledge about quality within a global industry business, you are leading the team consisting of two direct reports, responsible for key areas within the quality scope. The Quality team at each of the 2 Danfoss System Solutions factories report functionally to the role.

Together with the team and in close cooperation with the factory leadership and quality teams, you are responsible for building and executing on the global quality strategy.



Further you and your team will have a strong cooperation with corporate and segment quality leaders.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Give guidance and in cooperation with factory leaders ensure that we are making safe and sustainable products, proactively meet the quality obligations towards customers and regulators globally, address risks, and achieve objectives through efficient processes.
- Cooperate with factory leaders to ensure the required skills and competencies of the factory Quality team and if required support development of relevant competences.
- Cooperate with Contract Manufacturers to ensure the required skills and competencies of the contract manufacturers to deliver high quality of Danfoss branded products.
