Reports to: SCM Parts Supply General Supervisor.

Location: Aguascalientes APRC

General Description:
Parts Supply Operation, direct contact with local and/or overseas suppliers, logistic planning, ordering negotiation, inventory amount control, and KPI’s follow up and focus on continue area improvement (PDCA & Kaizen’s).

Accountable of daily follow up for order planning, receiving discrepancies, packing errors among others; document elaboration & meetings with suppliers in order to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Service parts planning. [ERP]
Backorder Control to Customers.
Inventory Optimization.
Customer order fulfillment ratio [Fill Rate]
In charge of Service Parts suppliers.
Supplier Delivery Achievement Ratio.
Supplier Risk analysis and follow up.
New model ordering & delivery coordination.
ASN confirmation & APRC receiving follow up.

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar.

Previous Work Experience





Supplier/customer service knowledge within automotive industry.
New Model Launches & End of Productions.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

ERP analytic & planning skills.
High negotiation /push level to suppliers.
Audit to suppliers.

Language: English - (TOEIC - 500 points)

Travel %: 100% availability

Must have: Urgency sense /Analysis capabilities/ Objective focused

Negotiation skill / Work under pressure / Presentation skills

ERP system knowledge / Inventory control ability.

Nice to have: PDCA or Kaizen’s course validated.
