Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Quality Manager.

What you’ll do:
Provide overall quality leadership to the organization. Drive the continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation in support of the Eaton Quality System and the Eaton Business System. Provide quality support to customers, suppliers, partners, and the support/service functions of the organization. Manage the quality strategy of the organization to facilitate continuous production and improvement of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements. Support quality improvement for Eaton Sending Site plants, assisting with problem solving associated with customer returns and quality concerns.

Essential Functions:
Develop and implement a quality organizational structure capable of supporting the strategic initiatives of the local plant and lead the efforts to integrate quality needs into the development of short and long-term improvement plans.



This includes leading/supporting the operation in the implementation of the local Quality Management System.
Ensures that process needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained.
Ensures that necessary organizational certifications and regulatory requirements are obtained, maintained, and improved. (QMS certification, NADCAP process certification, FAA)
Establishes objectives, policies, and procedures for plant quality control activities. Reports to top management performance and any needs for QMS improvement (Management Review) as Management representative.
Ensure the promotion and awareness of customer and regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
Provide Quality interface and expertise between the operation and its customers to proactively identify or anticipate their needs and expectations and ensure they are understood and satisfied. This includes the complaint management system and the corrective/preven
