YOUR ROLE

As Sr VAVE Buyer in our team, you will: Direct material procurement. Quoting, selection, and final recommendation of suppliers. Generating savings to meet the target. Generating purchase orders. General sales support.

In your daily job, you will:
- Lead supplier negotiations.
- Lead the search for savings opportunities and projects.
- Analyze materials.
- Supply chain analysis.
- Analyze economic factors in the industry.
- Achieve savings goals.
- Location within the region.
- Timely supplier selection process.
- Change supplier locations.
- Change suppliers.
- Update multiple reports and presentations (supplier, category, etc.).
- Lead initiatives within the category and team.
- Conduct workshops with suppliers.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Completed bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field
- English level advanced
- Experience in the automotive industry (harnesses preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in direct and strategic purchasing
- Experience at VAVE




- Experience in logistics
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Program management skills
