About the Opportunity:
The position ensures Mexico’s strategy rolls up to general synergy while respecting local adaptation, shaping perception and earning trust across stakeholders. The Senior Manager will own and elevate Driscoll’s Mexico narrative locally to advance reputation, engage stakeholders, and protect the brand—while developing local relevancy.
This leader will collaborate with Public Affairs, Social & Environmental Impact, HR, Marketing, and Internal Communications, understanding functional strategies and unlocking, organizing, and amplifying these messages externally and with growers. Additionally, this role will manage and create content for Driscoll’s LinkedIn Latin America presence, ensuring alignment with global brand voice and regional engagement goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Communications Leadership
- Lead Mexico’s external communications strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Drive a unified narrative rooted in discipline, clarity,
and trust—positioning Driscoll’s to lead with purpose within Mexico under the Global Communication Strategic Framework.
2. Core Communications Pillars
- Earned Media:
- Build and maintain relationships with national and regional media outlets and influencers.
- Secure proactive coverage aligned with food and agriculture trends.
- Manage reactive inquiries and coordinate with digital teams for social media responses.
- Thought Leadership:
- Position Driscoll’s as a leader in sustainable agriculture and grower partnerships.
- Develop executive visibility programs, including speaking engagements and authored content.
- Messaging:
- Create and maintain message maps for corporate, grower, and sustainability topics.
- Ensure consistency across external channels and alignment with internal communications.
- Crisis Communication:
- Lead crisis preparedness and response, including media training and scenario planning.
- Maintain playbooks and coordinate rapid response across functions during reputational
