Purpose of the Position:
To lead the launch, consolidation, and scaling of a profitable and sustainable platform focused on carbon projects (specifically Carbon Portfolio 3). This role integrates operational, financial, legal,



fiscal, and commercial dimensions to design and execute a portfolio of projects that deliver positive environmental and social impact. The position is responsible for securing at least one operational pilot by 2026, ensuring adequate financing, building long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (including landowners/ejidos, investors, and government entities), and achieving EBITDA, growth, and safeguard compliance objectives.
