The Payroll Operations Supervisor will have responsibility for at least 1 large account and potential portfolio of other accounts. Dynamic role with responsibility for team management and client engagement with a lead role for client escalations within operations. Can be cross country or assigned to only one country of expertise.

Essential Functions:
Ensure that all process are being executed based on payroll procedures with standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts
Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels
Responsible for client satisfaction
Responsible for key performance indicator management, strong focus on metric to drive improvement with strong action plan development for improvements
Review account status (financial and client satisfaction) and participate in service review meetings with client
Required Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 2 years in leadership role. Knowledge of Mexico payroll legislation/taxation is required.
Advanced English (reading/speaking) required
Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solution;
